Beta product notice: At present, the VR shoes system is a Beta / DevKit model. CE certification is in progress, and expected to be completed before shipping. VR shoes contain pre-certified FCC radio devices. Customers may be asked to review and agree to a Beta evaluation agreement. We will remove this notice once the certifications are approved, and notify customers as well.
We are accepting website orders for customers in the USA, EU and UK. We will consider taking orders for other regions however we need more information, so please contact us at sales@freeaim.com.
For sales outside of the UK, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes and duties (DDU).

30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Freeaim VR shoes. If for any reason you're not, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
